1. Exchanges Only: We understand that circumstances may change. Therefore, we allow exchanges for purchased items within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

2. No Refunds: As a nonprofit, we operate with the utmost transparency. In line with our commitment to maximizing the impact of your contributions, we do not offer refunds. Every penny from your purchase goes directly toward our goal of providing music education opportunities for under-resourced youth.
